01 — Getting Started
Unboxing Your Chandlr
Whether you grabbed The Kit, Half, or Pound, here is what to expect.
🎁 The Kit
Your all-in-one starter box. Chandlr Wax, vessel, wicks, all the essentials you need!
We recommend starting here. All our testing is based on the kit items. Then, on your next order all you need to do is get some more wax (Pound or Half) and you're good to go.
📦 The Pound + Half
Don't need a vessel? Maybe you are just looking to re-up on your new or favorite scents? Grab a Pound or Half.
If you don't want one of our kits, use any heat-safe vessel you have at home. You can also use our wax in warmers/melters, or just open it up and let it aerate.
Pro tip: You do not need a kit every time. Start with The Kit, then grab The Pound or Half.
02 — The Method
Pour. Level. Wick. Light.
Whether you're pouring or scooping - 4 steps will get you to the vibes.
Pour
Open your Chandlr Wax and pour/scoop into your vessel.
Level
Shake or pat to level the wax for an even burn. Use the included spoon or scoop to help you.
Wick
Place your wick in the center. Push down until stable. If using multiple wicks, keep them evenly spaced and about .5-1" away from the edges of the vessel you are using.
Light
Light with your choice of lighter or match and enjoy hours of burn-time.
03 — Using Your Candle
More Ways Than One
You do not have to traditionally burn it.
PLWL (Traditional)
Follow the PLWL and burn traditionally like a normal candle...but better.
Wax Warmer
Pour or scoop wax into a traditional wax warmer just like a wax melt or tart.
Jar Warmer
Fill up your vessel and set it on the jar warmer! Maximum scent.
Reuse The Nug
Keep the Nug (dried wax). You can crush it up and put it back in the vessel, you can use it as a wax melt, or fill up a bowl and use them as a centerpiece. Your choice.
Zen Garden
Get a fancy dish, fill it with Chandlr Wax, and then sit back and smooth, rake, and capture those zen vibes - its sand!
Mix Scents
Cheat Codes! Mix your favorites, you might be surprised at how amazing they smell together.
No Bullsh*t
5-7x the Burn vs Traditional Candles
5x with 1 wick - 7x with 2 wicks. Tested in our 16oz metal vessel with 2" wicks - 5-6 hours of burn time per wick. Then, stock up the nugs, use them in a warmer and you have full cycle of scent, for weeks...months.
04 — The Diff
Experience the Diff...erence
Zero deodorizes and eliminates smoke with citrus, bergamot, clover, and lily.
Open the bag
The Diff comes primed and ready to go with the scent of your choice.
Recharge
Grab your oil and drop it in the Diff Hole at the top until it is no longer being absorbed.
Set it Up Anywhere
Car, Locker, Coat Room, Shoe Closet...you name it.

Keep away from animals/children. DO NOT CONSUME. Keep upright. Wash hands if contact occurs - use multi-purpose cleaner and/or alcohol to clean any drips on surfaces.

Burn Smart, Burn Safe
Clean, natural, safe. But fire is still fire.
Always trim your wicks and ensure 1/4" is sticking out of the wax only.
We only recommend burning for 2-3 hours.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface and only use a heat-resistant and fire safe container.
Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Spilled wax? Cool it, scrape it, clean with alcohol.
